While each marketing communications medium, strategy and tactic has their own strength, I see social media (yes, social media marketing) as a great way to keep a “top-of-mind” awareness and connection with your audience. Connie’s quote perfectly exemplifies that social media isn’t necessarily about “asking for the sale.” It’s about developing some level of connection, value and just awareness that makes people more open to buying from you, than from your competitor.

There many products and services that we do not buy on a regular basis or often. Therefore, when consumers are ready to buy, your chances of being bought are better if you are fresh in their minds. And, social media is a great way to do that.
